The weather is getting really hot in Sarthe.

From Monday 25 May 2026, Météo France has placed the department under yellow vigilance for heatwave.

Temperatures will reach 34°C in some regions.

Residents of Mans, Roëzé-sur-Sarthe, Montfort-le-Gesnois and Montval-sur-Loir will have to face this unusual heat.

The heatwave is not far from spreading over the entire territory.
