Human Rights League and CGT Spectacle have filed a complaint against Canal+ for discrimination against signatories of an anti-Bolloré statement.

Canal+ CEO Maxime Saada had stated he no longer wanted to work with signatories of the text.

The case is shaking the film industry, amidst the Cannes Film Festival.

Justice will be sought for violation of the law and infringement on freedom of expression.
