Reform UK has suggested scrapping income tax on overtime hours for workers earning under £75,000 per year.

The party estimates this would save a full-time nurse working six hours of overtime each week over £1,300 annually.

The policy would cost £5 billion annually, which Reform UK plans to cover through welfare payment cuts.
