Italy's Public Debt: An Unsustainable Burden
Italy is facing a serious issue: the public debt is enormous and only the annual interest payments make it unsustainable.
Citizens' sacrifices are largely spent on paying the interest of an indefinite debt.
The estimated national tax evasion is 100 billion euros per year, but it seems there's no will to recover this amount.
A system must be found to make everyone pay taxes, otherwise the public debt will continue to be an unsustainable burden for Italy's economy.
