Narni: progress in sustainability and innovation
The City of Narni has reached important milestones in sustainability and innovation.
The conversion of public lighting to LED is almost complete, with 80% of streets illuminated with this type of light.
In addition, the city has introduced a greater diffusion of charging columns for electric cars and has created approximately 42 km of bike paths.
The differentiated collection of waste has increased to 77.5%.
These progress were presented at the States General of the Environment, an event that involved associations such as ASviS and Legambiente Umbria.
Narni was also awarded the Sustainable Common Flag 2026 for its efforts in sustainability.
