Lella Costa attended the public farewell for Carlo Petrini, founder of Slow Food, in Pollenzo.

The actress remembered her bond with Petrini, who had invited her to join the board of administration of the University of Pollenzo.

Costa also told a funny anecdote about the arrival of a Cuban delegation in Bra, where she sang in Piedmontese.

Other friends and supporters of Petrini attended the farewell, including Enzo Ercolino, a wine producer and friend of Petrini.

Ercolino remembered Petrini's ability to turn meetings into memories and memories into community.

Petrini taught that food is a language and that one can be free without being alone.
