Saint-Martin-de-Fontenay attic fair: 28 years of success

Created in 1998, the Saint-Martin-de-Fontenay attic fair is an annual event that attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Organized by the Parents' Association (APE) Les Ptits de Saint-Martin, it takes place every May in the Calvados commune, near Caen.

This year, the fair broke attendance records, with 172 exhibitors registered for 1.2 km of stands.

Despite the heat, visitors were numerous to let off steam in the shade of the stadium.

The organizers had to spread out over two locations due to upcoming work on the Charles-Huard school of Saint-Martin.

Dieppe-Basket in Financial Difficulty

The Dieppe basketball club, which finished fifth in Nationale 1, is in receivership.

The players have not been paid since April and are demanding what is owed to them.

This situation puts the club's future in danger, which has experienced financial difficulties since its transition to a semi-professional club.

In 1990, the BC Dieppe had also closed its doors due to financial reasons, but Dieppe-basket had taken over thanks to a handful of enthusiasts.

Today, the club is once again in difficulty and could be forced to close its doors if the situation does not improve.

Accès aux soins en Île-de-France : les départements les plus rapides

Access to care in Île-de-France: the fastest departments

Île-de-France is the region where access to care is the fastest.

But the gaps between departments remain significant according to specialties.

Paris is the department where it is easiest to quickly get a medical appointment.

But several suburban territories also show good results, sometimes unexpected.

According to a Cartes de France 2026 report on access to care, published by the Jean-Jaurès Foundation and Doctolib, Île-de-France remains a region well-off in the country for access to care.

The results are encouraging, particularly in cardiology where the median delay to get an appointment in Paris is only 16 days, the lowest delay in France.

At the other extreme, some departments exceed several months of waiting time, such as Gers where the delay reaches 164 days.

Dolphins in Saint-Jean-de-Luz: the town hall is thinking of strengthening its device

The town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz is facing a new situation after the appearance of a second dolphin in the bay.

It is the second cetacean observed in the region in recent months.
